Taco Bar Catering came to us after seeing a positive results on their local restaurant Taqueros in San Juan Capistrano for the last 3 years. In our monthly meeting we always talk about future and one of the goals were to open a catering business. Well, after all those conversation here the dream come true! But what is the challenge? First we need to clarify, that selling authentic Mexican food in South of California is one of the most competitive industries.
