*Minor technical assistance and content updates are often restricted to assignments under 20 minutes and a maximum of one hour per month. Overages will be paid at our hourly rate of $150 on a monthly basis.

**For moderate technical assistance and content updates, we allocate a flexible window of time ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours per month. This allows us to address more substantial changes while maintaining efficiency. Any overages beyond this allocated time will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $120 on a monthly basis.

***Extended technical assistance and content upgrades often take at least 30 minutes and no more than 5 hours per month. Overages will be paid at our hourly rate on a monthly basis. Any overages beyond this allocated time will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $120 on a monthly basis.

Packages are billed on a monthly basis, and any time used beyond the allotted amount will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Time that is not used does not carry over from month to month.
